This is the new web page for the call schedule. I have switched from Trumba to Google for the calendar because it is has more functionality, is easier to use, and is free (Trumba was a subscription service). I also think that switching to this website will give everyone more information. I have included on the page the spreadsheet I use to track holidays. This should help you plan your future vacations better. Also, I will be able to post pertinent notes on this page as needed. The only downside to the switch is that the weekly email reminders will no longer be going out. So make sure you check this website frequently. If you have any questions please let me know.You will still be able to access Trumba for a couple of months but it will no longer be up to date as of August 1.
For those of you with Macs- you can use iCal to subscribe to the call schedule calendar so that you always have an up to date schedule on your computer. This will also sync to your iPhone. It works great. If you are interested and need help setting it up let me know.
