I am trying to keep the total number of days that each partner is taking fairly equal while also respecting our goal of allowing the senior partners to take less call. Here's the breakdown for October 1-December 31:

Lary 12/13 days (depending on how holidays are divided);

McKinley 14/15 days;

Langley 22/23 days;

Holloway 21/22 days;

Irwin 20/21 days.
