I have completed the call schedule through the end of the year. As you know, there were a lot of vacation requests for next month, so October looks pretty horrid (November is not much better)- there are a lot of call nights piling on top of each other for some folks. Please review the calendar to make sure I did not overlook anything.
John, I know you prefer your weekday call to fall on Monday, but I had to move you around a couple of times to make things work.
Mike, I was able to keep your weekday calls on Tuesday.
According to an earlier email from David, he and Shane offered to take Hayhurst's call for New Year. However, that puts David and Shane on call throughout Christmas and New Year. That is how I scheduled it for now, but if you want to make any changes let me know.
I know my absence has contributed to this mess. I apologize. I will try to make it up to you guys upon my return.
